A trademark is a type of intellectual property, and typically a name, word, phrase, logo, symbol, design, image, or a combination of these elements. I do not see "Eco Chip Tuning" on TESS. However, that does not mean trademark rights do not exist. Keep in mind that trademark rights in the United States are not obtained by registration; rather, trademark rights are obtained through use. If you're serious about your business name, I'd suggest you have a professional trademark search done. A professional search will cover federal, state, and common law trademarks.
