What video game console should i buy to play all Kingdom Hearts games?
Q. I've been looking for a new video game system and wanted to get one that would be able to play all of the Kingdom hearts games on it. I know that the new Kingdom Hearts is coming out for a different system then the others, so i was wondering if there is a console that allows you to play all of them.

A. Sorry. There is not one system that can play all the Kingdom Hearts games. Kingdom Hearts 1 is for PS2 Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories is for GBA Kingdom Hearts 2 is for PS2 Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories is for PS2 (It's a 3D remake of the GBA version) Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days is for Nintendo DS Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep is going to be for the PSP. When a Kingdom Hearts 3 game is announced it will be for PS3. I would tell you to get a PS3 BUT there isn't god damn backwards compatibility on the new versions so you can't play PS2 games on it. Your best bet for now is to buy a PS2 so you can play Kingdom Hearts 1, 2 and Re: CoM. Then get a DS to play 358/2 Days. ^_^ Hope I was of some help.

What are some of the exit barriers to the video game console industry?
Q. What are some of the potential barriers to exit in the video game console industry (or the Electronic Gaming Products Industry). Any sources to back up your answers would be appreciated.
Asked by yoursolastsummer - Sun Jan 27 15:23:39 2008 - - 2 Answers - 0 Comments
A. Independent video game companies such as EA Sports license the console platforms and pay royalties to the console makers such as Sony and Nintendo. Part of the licensing deals may require the console maker to continue to produce the console and support it for a certain number of years. Failure to due this may result in penalties on the console maker. Therefore, this penalty serves as a barrier to exit.

What is the best Video game console to buy PS3 or Xbox 360 ?
Q. Plz I want to buy a Video game console which one i could buy ? PS3 or Xbox 360 ?

A. In my opinion, easily the PS3! i have had a ps3 for years. if you have internet and hook it up to your ps3, you can just do it. if you have a xbox 360 you have to pay for your internet ( like everyone) and pay to use your internet on your xbox and if you have wireless internet, you have to buy another product that comes separate from the xbox to play online games with your wireless internet. now if you dont have internet, buying a ps3 makes more sense just because, you never know if you will get internet. Also i must add that ps3 games are pretty much all next generation games. They are all popular and harder games. so if you like family games or cartoonish games, chance are ps3 prolly wont have it. Now abox has alot of kid and family… [cont.]

What video game console should I get?
Q. I'm thinking about asking my parents if I can buy myself a video game console. Which should I get? I mostly play Soul Caliber, but I also LOVE Wiis. Oh, yeah, I also like Guitar Hero. I also don't have a ton of money, though I got some for Hannukah and my birthday is soon.

A. SNES - can't go wrong with the classics! But, if you want something a little more current, go with the PS3. Low failure rate and plays blu-ray!

how can you capture video game footage off of a game console?
Q. We are trying to make a video game movie, and we had heard of something that captures the footage right from the tv or video game console. It might be a cable, or it might be a camera

A. It depends on the type of video card you have. If you have a media center enabled PC, you're in the right step. As for me, I just hooked up my Xbox 360 to my DVD+R recorder the other day and it works pretty nicely.

Asked by Critter - Wed Dec 3 22:15:42 2008 - - 6 Answers - 0 Comments
A. totally depends on how old your grandson is. If they are younger than 12, the nintendo wii is good fun and will amuse them for a few years. They may outgrow it eventually as there are relativelly few games, almost no games let you play online with friends, and most of the subject matter is very childish. If they are 13 or older, they want a lot more substance. The xbox 360 and PS3 are far superior in game quality and graphics. They both play 90% of the same games, and have much better online support than Wii. If your grandson has a lot of friends, the Xbox would be superior because it really makes playing online with your friends convenient and fun. The Xbox has slightly more "iconic" games than PS3, (games like Halo 3 and Gears… [cont.]

Which popular video game console you think is the best?
Q. You can only vote vote on one of the video game consoles you will choose and they are: the Xbox 360, the Nintendo Wii, and the Playstation 3. I can only have 17 people to vote only on one of the video game consoles I chose. Once you vote, explain why you think the video game console you chose is the best.

A. Xbox 360 because of the first person shooter games, i like the controller. It has halo 3, gears of war, dead rising, eternal sonata, bioshock, plus if your a madden fan the xbox 360 version runs at 60 frames per second while the ps3 runs at a slow 30 frames per second. The ps3 doesn't have a whole lotta good games out yet but they will soon. If the ps3 was cheaper i would of probably got one. I ain't hating on the ps3 but the 360 just fits my gaming tastes better.
