Will people like to shop online ranther than visiting supermarket for Food & Grocery Products like Rice ,Dal?
Q. Hi all Need your feedback, if given an hassle free time bound option of shopping food & Grocery related products like Rice,Dal,Atta,Bread,Cake, Soaps, toothpaste ,deo, Fruits & Vegetables etc online and over the phone from your locality , will you prefer that or still feel visiting supermarket is essential for monthly shopping. If some one needs you to purchase online what all do you expect ? Thank you for you valuable feedback.

A. I would still like to go to the supermarket and choose, even if i have the online option. Going to a supermarket helps me see, touch (for rice, dal, vegetables it helps check the quality of the produce), read about(packed products and their ingredients), check on expiry dates/ manufacturing dates, check out the freshness (for bakery products, vegetables and fruits), compare the prices of different brands vis-a-vis the quantity and quality, check on discounts with respect to the printed prices, and then choose what I want. Also it gives me an outing (at least once a month). I do not mind going to the supermarket. I want to see all the above listed facilities in the website (except touching which i know cannot happen online)
